Preparing for your upcoming renovation project with RJames Renovations
Home renovation projects can be disruptive to family life. Knowing this, RJames takes every precaution possible to keep you and your family as safe and comfortable as possible for the duration of your project. This includes setting up temporary walls to keep your living space protected from the construction site, making sure construction sites are well ventilated to the outside and cleaning the area of dust using HEPA vacuums daily.
If your project involves your kitchen, RJames will also set you up with a temporary kitchen to make sure you can continue to have access to everything needed to continue to prepare meals at home until your new kitchen is ready to be used.
There are a few things you might want to address ahead of time:
1) Clear the work area of any valuables or fragile items that you want to ensure stay safe.
2) Let us know of any pets or small children living in the house and any special considerations we need to address.
3) Communicate with your neighbors that there will be constructions and power tools in use for the duration of your project. We will refrain from using tools prior to 8 a.m. but cannot guarantee noise levels between the hours of 8-4 p.m.
